Each wound care center and/or hyperbaric oxygen therapy center (Center) exists as a separate LLC formed within the state in which the Center operates. PSI O2 is the Member for each Center. InnovoMed, Inc., is the exclusive contracted manager for each Center on behalf of PSI O2.
